Lindsey Crispo is the founder of Forged Fitness and is passionate about empowering others to take back their health! Lindsey addresses health and fitness from a holistic approach by taking inventory of all the factors that affect optimal health. You will not just be given a meal plan, and be sent on your way. Instead, you will learn how to fuel your body, own your workouts, balance your hormones, and heal your metabolism.
